Mobile SMS Terms & Conditions Agreement
Sundance, Inc., Old West Properties, LLC and/or Lonesome Highway, Inc. d/b/a Taco Bell and heretofore referred to as the “Company” now offer eSign SMS and Notification SMS services. The information for each service will be sent to you via text message if you enroll using the “Phone (SMS)” Method on the Employee eSign SMS & Notification SMS Setup page. This program is called the eSign & Notification SMS Program.
eSign & Notification SMS Program Opt-In Instructions
Employees will opt-in to the Company's eSign SMS Service by adding your mobile number to the “Phone (SMS)” Method on the Employee eSign SMS & Notification SMS Setup page and verifying the mobile number using the “Submit & Verify” button. By clicking the “Submit & Verify” button you are requesting a Secure PIN via USA short code 31061 to the mobile number provided by your “Phone (SMS)” Method which will expire 10-minutes from the time of the request. Entering the Secure PIN on the form generated on the Employee eSign SMS & Notification SMS Setup page within the 10-minute window and clicking “Verify PIN” establishes your ownership of the mobile number provided and your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
eSign SMS Service
You can expect to receive at least 1 message, via USA short code 31061, per form that requires an electronic signature. When you click the signature line of a form on TeamLyders.com a request will be made by you send a Secure PIN via SMS to your registered mobile number. The Secure PIN will expire after 10 minutes have passed from the time of the request. If you fail to retrieve and enter the Secure PIN number within the allotted 10-minute window, or you reload the form, you will need to request a new Secure PIN to be sent, resetting the 10-minute timer.
Notification SMS Service
You can expect to receive up to 30 messages per month via USA short code 96167. We will send SMS Alerts to your registered mobile number when your attention and action is required on TeamLyders.com. Sometimes the action may be to provide an electronic signature on a form utilizing the eSign SMS Service.
None of the messages from the eSign & Notification SMS Program are mobile spam. When you sign up you consent to receive text messages from or on behalf of Company sent by an automatic telephone dialing system to your registered mobile number. You are not required to sign up for this program as a condition of employment.
Our mobile text messages are intended for subscribers over the age of 18. We do not charge for this service, but Message & Data Rates May Apply from your mobile carrier. By participating you consent to receive text messages sent by automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to these terms is not a condition of employment.
This service is available for phones with text messaging capabilities. For help, text HELP to 31061 or 96167, email web.support@teamlyders.com or call 1.248.446.0100.
eSign & Notification SMS Program Stop Instructions
Employees can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to 96167 or 31061 by removing your mobile number from the “Phone (SMS)” Method on the Employee eSign SMS & Notification SMS Setup page. You can get help at any time by texting "HELP" to 96167 or 31061. Or you can request to be removed via email by sending your mobile number to web.support@teamlyders.com and requesting to be removed. After this you will no longer receive any Company text messages to your mobile number unless you re-enroll using the Opt-In instructions above.
Associated Costs
The eSign & Notification SMS Program is run on the codes 96167 and 31061 – There is no charge by the Company to participate in the eSign & Notification SMS Program, however message and data rates may apply based on your current wireless plan for both sending and receiving text messages. By signing up for the eSign & Notification SMS Program you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and (a) are the wireless account holder or (b) you have the account holder's permission to do so.

Program Definitions
"You" means the person who signs up to use the eSign & Notification SMS Program or participates in any way. eSign & Notification SMS Program. "We", "our", "us" and "provider" refer to Sundance, Inc., Old West Properties, LLC and/or Lonesome Highway, Inc. d/b/a Taco Bell as well as well as any other entity providing any service, application, or content to you from us on our behalf. "Applications" and/or "Content" refer to any file, device or software that can be downloaded by you to either a computer or a wireless device such as a handset or a personal digital assistant.
"Service" means the Sundance, Inc., Old West Properties, LLC and/or Lonesome Highway, Inc. d/b/a Taco Bell eSign & Notification SMS Program and any associated Abbreviated Dial Code, Applications or Content.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using this service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, you must immediately cease usage of these services you have received and follow Stop Instructions outlined above if you are enrolled.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties regarding the service, applications or content that you receive from us, and disclaim any warranties or representations, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. This service offered to the public by provider could include inaccuracies, other errors or may not function in the manner you anticipated. Furthermore, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including, without limitation, acts or omissions of others, atmospheric conditions or acts of god. We do not promise error-free service. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible and will not be liable for any other damages of any nature, including any incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities), punitive damages or attorney's fees.
Other
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to a judicial or arbitration decree or decision of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. Any modifications or amendments to these Terms and Conditions may be made from time to time by us at any time at our sole discretion and shall become effective on the date posted. Please check back regularly for any changes. These Terms and Conditions supplement the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy in connection with use of the TeamLyders.com website and together with them constitute the entire, complete and final agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Applicable Law
Your use of this Service under this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
